The Course

The course lasts only 2hours and covers the following topics

The course is based around a film entitled Buying Time which shows 5 scenarios that you may find yourself confronted by.

The film and the Instructor will review the scenario and show you what to do should you be in that situation.

You will then have a chance to practice what you have been shown and the instructor will be around to help and to esure you are happy with your new skills.

Its as simple as that and of course you can ask as many questions as you need to.

Controlling Severe Bleeding

Dealing with a Choking casualty
